Wrist pain and plantar fasciitis.

One day, my wrist started aching constantly, even when I kept it still, and I experienced a lot of pain when I tried wrist stretching.

Even a slight turn causes a cracking sound and pain ㅠㅠ

Fortunately, when I went to the hospital, they said it wasn't an infection, just a slight swelling.

I'm thinking I should buy a wrist brace before it gets worse.

Plantar fasciitis is really a troublesome condition that suddenly appears and causes persistent pain in my right foot when I walk. ㅠ

As I walk, I suddenly feel a sharp pain in the center of my sole and the back of my heel. I bought a golf ball massage tool at Daiso and tried massaging my soles, but everywhere I pressed on my foot was really painful, haha.

They say the soles of the feet are connected to the body, so maybe something's wrong with my body. My sister says she's not in pain 🥲
