I'm taking "Melasatin" on December 9th (Saturday) for joint health.

Helpful tips for maintaining joint health during winter!

When the temperature drops, it is said to also affect the health of ligaments and joints.

Therefore, more caution is needed not only to prevent colds but also to protect joint health.

 

Management Method 1. Intake of elastin

I am taking it because it is said to be good for joint protection.

For women, symptoms such as weakened joints or bones, similar to osteoporosis, are caused by a deficiency of elastin, so it is recommended to consume enough elastin.

Management Method 2. Dress warmly.

Since regulating body temperature helps with joint health, I always dress warmly.

 

Management Method 3. Exercise Moderately.

Since it's common to stay indoors when it's cold, exercising indoors can also be helpful when temperatures drop significantly. I ride a stationary bike or do stretching with a yoga ring.

 

Management Method 4. Please drink enough water.

It is also important to drink water so that the surrounding tissues of the joints do not become dry. Drinking water is not easy, but I am trying to drink one liter a day.

Management Method 5. Consume foods or health supplements that are good for joints.

Foods containing omega-3 fatty acids

(Bluefish, nuts, salmon, perilla oil, seeds)

Foods containing vitamin D

(Shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms, eggs, mackerel, salmon)

Anti-inflammatory foods (such as broccoli, avocados, tomatoes, olive oil, nuts, berries, turmeric, green tea, etc.) are said to help with joint health.
