아 따끈한 물에 손을 담그는 것도 도움이 되는군요.. 저도 손도 많이 쓰고 아주 한시도 손을 가만히 두지 않는 가정주부인데.. 참고해야겠어요
Getting older is also heartbreaking...
When I wake up in the morning, my hands are swollen and I can't bend my fingers well. Even when I open and close them, they feel stiff and painful. I went to the hospital and had an X-ray taken, and the doctor said it was degenerative arthritis. I haven't used my hands excessively either.
You're not supposed to use your hands too much.ㅜㅜ.. How can a housewife avoid using her hands more.. Since then, I soak my hands in warm water for about 5 minutes every morning and evening.. Foot baths and half-body baths are also good for the body, so I started soaking my hands, and just that alone...
The hands are so soft and nice.. I think they would be good for your hands even if you don't have pain like me^^
