I frequently use a stepper.
I use it occasionally when the weather is cold like these days or when I feel too lazy to go exercise.
The intensity can be adjusted, so you can set it to the level that suits you.
As you age, it's natural for your joints to weaken, so I consistently exercise and strengthen them with a stepper.
It's also good for strengthening the knee joint and lower body muscles, killing two birds with one stone.
