Our family of four is learning inline skating. The children started learning first, and as we watched them, we became increasingly interested, so my husband and I also started learning.
Children learn together with their mom and dad, so they teach each other various things... They also enjoy exercising together and often boast about it to their friendsㅎㅎ
I used to dislike moving, but after turning 40, I felt I needed to take care of my health... Using muscles I don't usually use has been good for my exercise, and I feel a sense of accomplishment from working out twice a week to the point of sweating. Since the kids started exercising, they don't catch colds easily... Not only do they participate in school physical activities, but they also gain confidence, so I think inline skating is the best health tip for our family.
