Even though I don't walk much and my job doesn't involve standing or using my feet,
I'm so surprised that I got sick. In the past, just walking for about 30 minutes caused my heels to hurt a lot. I endured a long time of suffering.
I've tried everything from dozens of pain injections, acupuncture, physical therapy, and more, but nothing worked.
After spending years and money on various treatments, I heard from those around me to try rolling a golf ball with my heels, do daily foot stretches, wear specialized shoes for plantar fasciitis, and I started wearing those shoes. I also bought a foot bath device and soak my feet in hot water every day...
At some point, the foot pain disappeared. For those who are severely affected, try doing what I do consistently. When you go to the shoe store, ask if they have shoes specifically for plantar fasciitis, and buy and wear those. I bought mine from Skechers last year, I think.
At home, I wear slippers. These are also slippers for plantar fasciitis.
