Winter has arrived. As it gets colder, joint health seems to be more important.
I perform two things in total for joint health.
The first is stretching and walking.
Even if you don't use your muscles much, it's said to be bad for joint health. So, I loosen my joints with simple stretches and promote muscle growth by walking.
I think exercise can help maintain joint health.
The second is drinking milk and soy milk.
Milk and soy milk contain a lot of calcium. So, drinking water is good, but occasionally drinking milk and soy milk helps maintain healthy bones and, furthermore, contributes to the formation of strong joints.
With these two things, I am managing my joints simply but well!!
