운동하다가 조카가 다쳤군요 실금만 간거라 그나마 다행입니다
My nephew, who was playing basketball and passing the ball during school PE class, sprained his finger while catching a fast-moving ball!
My finger immediately swelled up, and I was contacted by the health office.
I wrapped my finger with a bandage because it was swollen, but I think it would be a good idea to visit an orthopedic surgeon just in case...
So, I went to the hospital with my sister and nephew.
They said I should get an X-ray at the hospital.
After taking an X-ray, it was found that there is a small crack in the finger, so I need to wear a finger splint cast for 2-3 weeks.
I went to the hospital twice a week to check my finger cast for a week.
They checked the finger swelling and also replaced the finger splint and bandage.
There are no other prescribed medications, and I was told not to move my hand or let it come into contact with water.
After about two weeks, an X-ray was taken, and it was said that the hairline fracture had almost healed, so the finger cast bandage was removed.
I was told that I need physical therapy because I haven't been able to move my finger for more than two weeks.
Receive physical therapy twice a week, get hand massages, and be exposed to infrared rays.
They told me to move little by little.
Children's ball play, especially when playing with hard balls, should be done carefully.
I thought it would be okay after a while if I just waited a little after a slight twist...
If you have a crack, hit somewhere, experience swelling or pain, go to the hospital immediately!!
