Is this frozen shoulder?

It has been about two months since my left shoulder and forearm started hurting, interfering with my daily life.

Some days are worse, and some days are better.

I am trying to be careful not to strain my left arm as much as possible.

I am also trying to break the habit of looking at my phone before going to bed.

In the past, when experiencing pain due to tennis elbow or golfer's elbow,

If you be careful with your arm and endure the pain for a few months, it will get better.

I'm just enduring it again, thinking it will get better if I hang in there.

Are there cases where simply enduring is not enough?

Would it naturally heal if there is calcification or something similar?

I'm worried that just enduring might make things worse.

      치료는 잘 받고 계신가요?
      듣고 보니 저는 아직 그 정도는 아닌데,
      걱정이 앞서기도 하네요;;
