Health Tips Event: Secrets to Back Health Management

 

You might have been intrigued by the title "Secret Method" and watched it if you have back pain.

Actually, when people are sick, they might think, "What if I try even simple false or exaggerated advertising?" Maybe I should try it too. Then, wouldn't I feel better?

I end up spending unnecessary expenses with hope and wishes. I was like that too.

 

Since I was young, I had some curvature in my lower back. Usually, when it exceeds about 15 degrees,

They said that pain or thickening can be seen in the eye. If under 15 years old, it's flexible and easier to correct.

Now in my 30s, I missed the treatment window, so my spine is still slightly curved to the left.

 

The symptoms of a herniated disc, such as numbness, shoulder pain, neuralgia, and radiating pain, started when I was 21-22 years old.

It was when I took painkillers thinking it was just simple muscle pain and fatigue, but they were no longer effective.

 

We took an X-ray first, and it was in the early stage of a disc problem, so numbers 4 and 5 appeared very dark.

The same goes for the CT scan; fortunately, the disc did not rupture, but there was nerve compression.

 

I couldn't sit in a chair for even 20 minutes. When I lay down, my pelvis and legs went numb.

I have received 3-4 nerve injections where a 30cm long injection needle was inserted into the spine to deliver medication between the nerves and discs.

I also received physical therapy, but after 2-3 months, the pain was the same.

 

The doctor also sees so many disc patients that he naturally expected them to undergo surgery.

Although herniated discs can naturally heal sufficiently, in reality, everyone still undergoes surgery and also

The reason for recurrence is that changing one's lifestyle habits is that difficult.

 

I decided to change myself because taking 4 to 8 painkillers every day was too terrible.

I immediately went to the gym, explained my situation to the coach, and asked for a workout program for health purposes.

I have lived like this for two years without taking a single day off.

 

Initial 3 months (90 days without missing a single day)

  1. 20-minute treadmill
  2. 10-minute jogging
  3. Strength training, focusing on the lower body
  4. 15-minute finishing stepper

 

The following 9 months (6 days of exercise per week)

 

1 hour of sitting equals 10 minutes of standing

2. Discontinued pain medication

3. 30-minute jogging

4. Strength training, balanced between upper and lower body

5. Finish cycling for 15 minutes

 

After exactly one year like this, the pain decreased from about 10 to 1, and I started serious strength training.

 

 

One year thereafter (4-5 days of exercise per week)

   

1. 15-minute stretching

2. Strength training (heavy upper and lower body workouts)

3. Finish with 15 minutes of cycling (or running)

4. Interval Running (Full Speed)

 

 

I have been exercising consistently, completely changed my lifestyle, and I am now in my 13th year of exercising.

Five years ago, I was diagnosed as completely cured of my herniated disc.

If you undergo exercise therapy under the consultation of a doctor, you can do it too.

The most important thing is that humans are bipedal animals, so we should reduce sitting time and walk more! Don't forget!
