Treatment review for stiffness and pain in the little finger
A few months ago, suddenly after sleeping, my arm would feel numb, and my left ring and little fingers would feel slightly cold and tingling, as if there were a blood circulation problem.
I started to get a feeling. I felt it was a bit strange, but since I didn't notice any major problems, I dismissed it as nothing important.
A few months later, recently, I started feeling very stiff and quite intense pain when bending my left little finger. Upon investigation, it was found to be rheumatoid arthritis.
Suspecting arthritis, I first visited a local clinic to perform X-rays and blood tests, and the actual results indicated rheumatoid arthritis.
It is unrelated to W, so for now, we decided to try extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with physical therapy (electrical stimulation and infrared heat radiation).
It's gotten a lot better than before, but still, in the early dawn or early morning, my little finger feels stiff, and I clench and open my fist.
It quickly gets better with stretching, so you won't feel much discomfort until you go to sleep. Still, more treatment is needed.
I will do it, but in fact, I don't know the exact diagnosis and I am just thinking it might be a nerve problem.
Shockwave therapy feels a bit cold, and although some people find it difficult, I didn't find it too hard.
Later, I also wrapped my hand and received electrical physical therapy, which felt both itchy and refreshing at the same time.
