My forearm hurts, please check the symptoms.

A few years ago, I had pain on the outer shoulder and deltoid area, so I went to the hospital. They said I had inflammation and received physical therapy. After six months, it just healed naturally.

This time, since two months ago, the upper outer part of my arm, not my right shoulder, has been tingling.

The symptom is that I can only turn my arm backward to touch up to the waist area, and I cannot lift it forward beyond 90 degrees.

When I stretch out my arm to pick up something, I feel pain, to the point of exclaiming "Ouch!!".

Since the day before yesterday, I have been lying down, and I feel a tingling sensation along my back from behind my right shoulder to my waist.

I'm generally quite resilient and don't usually go to the hospital unless I'm seriously ill. What kind of symptom is this?
