어? 지금 글 마무리 덜 하신 것 같아요~ 후기 너무 궁금합니다. 저도 족저근막염이 오는 것 같아서요. 어떻게 치료하셨는지 궁금하네요
[Treatment Review] Plantar Fasciitis Treatment
I mostly wore sneakers when I was a student.
I joined the company and was assigned to a service position.
I started wearing shoes every day.
Standing for more than 10 hours a day,
I wear a heel of at least 6 cm every day.
My foot was strained.
It's been only three months since I joined the company.
At first, my calf swelled up tremendously like a watermelon, then,
The swelling has gone down a bit.
I couldn't even stand on the ground.
So, I went to "Cheok Hospital," a large hospital near my house.
I explained that I can't walk because my soles are tingling.
They said it's plantar fasciitis.
It was a disease name I had never heard of before.
Plantar fasciitis is a condition characterized by inflammation in the heel area of the plantar fascia, causing pain.
I suddenly asked why this happened.
The treatment plan is to receive an ultrasound-guided anti-inflammatory injection to reduce the inflammation, and to undergo extracorporeal shock wave therapy.
He told me to learn rehabilitation therapy after that.
This is the first time in my life experiencing such painful treatment. I didn't want to do extracorporeal shock wave therapy...ㅠㅠ I yelled and did it.
Finally finished everything.
The rehabilitation therapist taught me simple exercises I can do at home.
- Pulling on the toes
- Towel hanging and ankle pulling
- Pulling a towel with toes
- Rolling a massage ball with the soles of the feet
- Perform a lot of capraise movements
So far, I have been diligently using the massage ball I ordered.
I also diligently perform toe massages.
I couldn't walk because my soles hurt... I realized once again how precious my feet areㅠㅠ
I realized I need to stretch frequently and take good rest!
People with plantar fasciitis symptoms like mine
Give it a try!!
I'll send you the workout link^^
