Essential post-meal supplement routine~~

Now that I've filled up on rice, I'm going to take my supplements.

They say that osteoporosis tends to occur more easily during menopause.

Take care of your bone health in advance~~ Calcium. Vitamin D

It's hard to swallow pills, but I like that this vitamin D is just sprayed into my mouth—done and over with.
