I achieved my 10,000 steps goal, but my knee, which I injured while running last time, still hurts.
It's been over a week, and my knee condition hasn't fully recovered, so it must definitely be due to aging.
I can't put strength in one knee and I can't squat down.
Fortunately, my limping while walking has improved a lot.
I'm still in my 40s, but I feel sad about getting older.
