[Tip] Fixed turtle neck, frozen shoulder, and shoulder pain with SNPE

Proper posture spinal exercise SNPE. Excellent for bent back, neck, and shoulders.
It has a good effect.
You don't necessarily have to attend a private academy. Just search and follow the videos.
Just spending 5 to 10 minutes a day to correct your posture really helps with the pain.
It's a self-exercise that allows you to correct your pelvis and spine on your own.
Just follow along, and once you're familiar with the posture, you can do it in real life as well.
I'm so glad because I just need to get the posture right anywhere.
