My older child hurt their back around their first birthday, and I experience regular back pain. Should I say that their hips are shifted to the right?
I was feeling really unwell for a while, and I thought I had improved a lot after orthodontic treatment in the past... but recently, my back has been feeling very bad.
I have a lot of pain in my pelvis, especially in the evening when the pain becomes severe. I heard that doing core exercises might help.
I don't really know what core exercises are either...
It hurts so much.
