I injured my shoulder about three years ago and have been struggling with it every day.
Please make sure to do plenty of shoulder strengthening exercises before working out. Once the shoulder gets injured, it’s not easy to treat, so prevention while healthy is the best approach!!
And it is also good to do a lot of rotator cuff activation exercises. Please avoid overexerting yourself during exercise.
