I squatted down and then stood up, and my lower back suddenly started hurting.
It hurt so much that tears welled up in my eyes every time I walked.
I went to see a doctor and found out that I was in pain because my spine was curved.
I got injections in six places on my lower back, so I put on a bandage.
The next day, I had physical therapy and barely managed to get home.
I am still in pain, and I am wondering if there are other good things I can do at home.
