I reduced the intensity of migraine symptoms through lifestyle changes and treatment.

Currently, I am maintaining stable migraine symptoms through management.

 

At first, I thought it was just a simple headache.

However, the pain started on one side and gradually intensified, followed by a throbbing sensation like a pulse.

Migraine symptoms were particularly severe on days when I didn't get enough sleep or felt fatigued.

I also felt changes where my eyes stung when looking at bright light and I became sensitive to sound.

At its worst, there were days when I felt so nauseous that I had to skip meals.

As this situation repeated itself, my concentration dropped and my daily rhythm began to fall apart.

While visiting the hospital for a consultation, I found out that what I am currently experiencing are symptoms of a migraine.

Since then, I have tried to maintain a consistent sleep schedule along with medication.

I also practiced reducing caffeine intake and keeping meal times regular.

After these changes, I could feel the frequency of migraine symptoms gradually decreasing.

Although the pain has not completely disappeared, the intensity has decreased, making daily life much easier.

If I feel eye fatigue or a strange discomfort before the pain sets in, I take a rest immediately.

Through this process, I learned that it is important to respond to migraine symptoms in advance.

I feel that continuous management is necessary because it tends to resurface when stress builds up.

I am currently focusing on managing migraine symptoms while maintaining my lifestyle.

I believe that consistent management is ultimately the most realistic way to reduce migraine symptoms.
