Health tip: Nothing beats exercise!

Let's develop a habit of exercising for health before getting sick. In spring, I used to walk in the mornings and go hiking, but as it got hotter, I couldn't even muster the courage to leave the house, so I often couldn't walk 3,000 steps a day. Still, we need to exercise. I would like to introduce a good program that can be done for free at home. It's also a secret to maintaining health without even walking 3,000 steps a day.

It's operated by the government, and before COVID-19, I used to go to the center to exercise, but since COVID-19, I've been working out at home in real-time. I turn off the screen and sound, watch the instructor's screen, and connect my phone and TV at home to see it on a larger screen, which makes it easier to follow. The best part is that the classes are free, and if you attend regularly, you can earn points to receive cultural gift certificates. You get to exercise and receive gift certificates too. There's no reason not to do it! Since there are centers nationwide, I recommend using the exercise programs at the center near your home, and I’m sharing this as a helpful tip. Please make good use of it~~^
