저도 같은 동작으로 손가락 사용이 많다보면 가끔 손가락 통증이 있곤 해요. 저는 가볍게 손가락 스트레칭(오므렸다 폈다)해 주고 온찜질기에 돌돌 말아줘요. 그러면 한결 부드러워지고 통증도 나아지더라구요. 혹시라도 통증이 심하고 오래간다면 관절염일 수도 있으니 진료받아 보시길 추천해요.
