I haven't been able to do any strenuous exercise since I developed a herniated disc.
So I ended up doing a lot of walking exercise.
But, is walking exercise alone effective in treating lumbar disc herniation?
Or, would it be better to do some back-related exercises?
Does something like swimming help with my back health?
