I came across something called irregular intervals and tried it out for a bit.
I haven't run fast in a while, so I feel a little numbness in my left thigh, although it's not too bad.
It wasn't that bad, I just felt it a little, so I didn't go to the hospital.
Is this just temporary? Or is it not a muscle problem caused by overexertion?
