I haven't sprained my ankle badly recently, but I keep feeling a dull ache and pain. The pain gets worse when I walk or stand for a long time, and even when I'm resting, I still feel a subtle ache. The swelling isn't severe, but it feels a little stiff and I feel like I can't move my ankle very well. I sprained my ankle once before, so I'm worried if it's due to that.
