이미 거북목이 생긴 상태면 꾸준히 관리 잘 해야 합니다. 거북목 관리 안하면 목디스크 와요. 척추 전문 병원가서 다시 진단받고 물리치료 꾸준히 받으세요. 저도 일자목으로 증상 심하면 2주 정도 물리치료 받고 너무 아프면 마취통증의학과가서 통증 주사도 맞으면서 관리하고 있어요. 자세 교정과 스트레칭은 필수로 해야합니다.

I don't know when it started, but I started getting turtle neck and my overall health has become unhealthy.

My neck hurts so bad these days...
