저도 걷기 오래하다보니 유독 허리 아랫부분이 너무 아프고 뻐근해서 스트레칭 자주해도 호전이 안되어 CT찍었는데 척추전방전위증 진단받았어요. 그리고 나서 물리치료 받고 추나도 한번씩 받으면서 관리 하고 있습니다. 혹시 모르니 검진은 받아보세요. 척추 전문 병원가는게 좋아요.

I've been experiencing frequent back pain lately, and I'm worried. It's not a sudden, severe pain, but I often feel a stiffness and discomfort in my lower back when I stand up after sitting or staying in the same position for a long time. It's especially worse in the morning or after a long day of activity. I usually sit for long periods of time and exercise regularly. I'm wondering if this is simply muscle fatigue, or if it could be an early sign of a herniated disc or other back problem.
