Lately, I've seen many people I know suffering from frozen shoulder, unable to even lift their arms. My shoulder is in poor condition, so I don't move it much, but at one point, I became extremely worried about frozen shoulder. So, I'm taking nutritional supplements to help prevent it and managing it through various exercises in my daily life.

Also, consistently doing these stretches, which don't require any equipment, seemed to have a significant effect on preventing shoulder muscle tightness.

 

Also, to prevent frozen shoulder I took vitamin D, and since I work indoors for a long time, it helped maintain my muscles.
