Lately, I've been experiencing a sharp pain when I press on the bony prominence of my wrist, and the pain gets worse when I lift something or apply force to my hand. I don't remember hitting anything in particular, but it keeps bothering me. Could it be inflammation or tendonitis from overuse of my wrist?
