At first, my muscles were weak and it was very painful to do stretching and strengthening exercises.

Weight management and lifestyle adjustments also helped a lot.
Adjust your walking speed and time to avoid straining your knees.
I made it a habit to maintain good posture when sitting down and standing up.
As these small changes accumulate, the pain will be less.
Knee movement has become much freer.

Currently, I am doing rehabilitation exercises regularly.
I am maintaining my physical strength and muscle tone, and I am also managing my lifestyle to prevent my knee arthritis symptoms from worsening.
This experience shows that early management and consistent exercise are
I realized that it is the key to maintaining joint health.
I will stop making excuses like being cold or tired and will continue to work hard to maintain my joint health.
