When I woke up in the morning, my feet felt so swollen that it was hard to walk.
If you have swelling around your calf, you probably know what it is, but the part that touches the sole of your foot when you stand feels heavy, so I bought a foot patch.
You can use it as a patch on the soles of your feet, and I heard that putting it on your armpits also helps remove toxins and reduce swelling, so I'm giving it a try and it seems to be working...
