수면 자세도 중요하겠지만 저도 한번씩 그럴때가 있거든요. 병원에서 치료받을때 하는 말이 평상시 자세때문에 아플수 있다고 하네용.요즘 폰을 붙들고 살다보니까용ㅎ.고개를 숙이는 자세가 참 안좋은거 같아용.
