[Question] I have a lump behind my ear and a tingling pain all the way to my neck.

I started to feel a hard lump behind my ear.
Today, I feel a tingling sensation around my neck. It's less painful when I'm still, but the pain gets worse when I turn my head or move it.
I only have this symptom on one side and the pain seems to get worse over time.
As you can see in the photo, the back of my ear is sticking out. I think it's sticking out more than in the photo I took yesterday.

Last time, I had a small, round bump on my face, but it wasn't noticeable. But this time, the bump is so big and the symptoms seem more severe, so I'm worried.
Are my lymph nodes swollen or is there another inflammation?
