My wrists start to tingle even if I lift just a little bit.
I think the ligaments are a bit weak.
How do people with weak wrists take care of themselves?
Not using it is also a method...
I want to try some exercise... Should I do some kind of rehabilitation exercise?
I don't think things like Adae will be of much help...
