Lately, I've been experiencing discomfort that seems to originate in my legs or lower back, and it's worse when I wake up in the morning. I've even had a sudden cramp in my left calf that left me paralyzed for a moment, forcing me to endure the pain and stay still until the cramp subsided.
When I lie down and stretch, I suddenly get this symptom. I don't know why these cramps keep happening.
I'm not sure if it's a muscle problem or a nerve problem. Is it okay to force myself to move? Do stretching or hot packs help?
If I have to go to the hospital, I don't know which department to go to, so I'm frustrated.
