I did arm exercises like push-ups for a few days to build up my arm strength.
When I woke up this morning, I felt pain in my left wrist.
There is swelling on the right side of my wrist, and even the slightest movement of my thumb causes extreme pain.
The rest of my fingers move without any pain, so I can type without any problems.


I can't do any movements that involve moving my thumbs together because of the pain. When I wash my hair, it hurts too much to use my left hand, so I just wash it with one hand.
There are quite a few things that are inconvenient when trying to do something without using your thumb.


I think it was strained because my weight was placed on my wrist while exercising.
Even if I put on a patch, it doesn't help relieve the swelling and pain.
I'm worried if it's just muscle pain or something like hay fever.
Should I go to the hospital in this case? What can I do at home?

    현재 왼쪽 손목에 부종과 통증까지 있다면 인대가 늘어난거 아닐까요? 인대늘어나면 진짜 움직이지도 못하고 통증 심하더라구요. 정형외과가서 진료 빨리 보는게 좋겠습니다

    손목 예전에 다쳐서 인대가 손상되어있을수도 있어요 제가 그래서 요가 이런거 못하거든요ㅜ

    운동후에 손목에 이상이 있다면 
    혹시 인대가 다친것 같아요
    인대 늘어나면 너무 아파서 안돼요
    얼른 치료받는게 좋을것 같아요
    당분간 손목 사용 조심하시고요

    엄지 움직이거나 쥘 때 통증이 있으세요? 손목 바깥쪽 통증까지 있으신거면 건초염 초기 증상일 수 있겠어요. 건초염을 겪어서 알고있네요😂 집에서는 엄지 사용 최소화해주시며 냉찜질 잘 해주시고, 손목보호대 사용해주시면 좋아요. 통증이 너무 심하면 소염진통제 복용해주세요. 3-4일 쉬어도 통증과 부기가 그대로라면 재활의학과나 정형외과 가셔서 초음파검사 해보시는 게 좋습니다. 물건 못 잡겠고 힘이 빠지는 경우에도 병원 꼭 가보셔야 합니다ㅠ!
