How to get rid of bruises and pain in toenails from walking?

I think everyone has experienced this at least once.

Me too.. it's not my first time..

What is it? It looks like it was made by walking ten thousand steps...

Bruises and pain starting to appear on my toenails...

 

As I walk 10,000 steps every day, I feel like I'm having more and more problems with my toes and feet. But I don't think much about it and just let it go, thinking, "Well, that's possible."

Early last week? The weekend before last.. When I came home after a walk.. and after washing up.. my toe? my toenail! hurt.. When I looked.. I thought it was my middle toe.. but it was my index toenail next to my big toe..

 

At first, I couldn't see it very well, but since it wasn't my first time, I felt it very strongly. I thought it was probably because I was about to get a bruise.

 

Before, it was only on one side... but this time, it's on both sides;; When I wear sneakers that fit my foot perfectly, my toes get stuffy and uncomfortable, so I wear one size bigger. But... maybe because of this... I got a blister on my little toe last time... This is the number of times I've gotten a bruise on my toenail like this^^;;;

 

But.. this time.. including the toenail.. the whole first joint hurtsㅠ It hurts just like that.. of course it does when you're wearing sneakersㅠ

 

It looks swollen. Just the second toe and toenail on each side. It can hurt, but... in this case... do you usually take medicine? Or do you apply ointment? What ointment? ㅡ_ㅡ;;;

It's been over ten days already.. I don't know how to comfort him~~ㅎ It's not like he can't walk.. As for walking... It hurts when I press that area, but he's fine walking, so he walks all the way in.

 

If it hurt so much that I died, I wouldn't have done it haha. It's not like it'll get better just by resting. It's just... like what I've experienced before... I think it'll gradually change to a duller color as time passes and the pain will get better... but it's taking a long time;;;

Now the color is coming up properly lol

 

Has anyone tried applying ointment in a situation like mine? No, right? Or taking medicine? Even when I'm lying down... I keep saying... Ah... my toe hurts... No... my toenail hurts... These words just keep coming out of my mouth automaticallyㅠ

 

I wish time would pass quickly~~~ㅎ

I hope it will be okay at the beginning of the year? ^^;;;

 

 

I bought new sneakers, but... my toes... or rather my toenails? They hurt, so I'm not sure if they're the right fit.

    뭐든 자기발에 맞는 운동화가 있어야지 걷기도 건강하게 할 수 있는것 같아요. 제가 볼땐 정확하진 않지만 두번째 발가락이 엄지보다 살짝 긴것 같아요 그래서 운동화 앞부분에 닿이면서 멍이 생기네요. 새로운 운동화 신고도 계속 이러면 맞춤 운동화 신어보세요. 그래야지 만보도 계속하지요.

      아.. 말씀듣고 다시 정확히 확인해보니.. 사진에는 그래보이는데 다행히 양쪽 다 엄지발가락보다 길진않네요ㅎ 그래도 긴편이긴해서 확실히 말씀처럼 운동화를 생각하면 대부분이 그.. 두번째발가락부분이 빵꾸나려한적도 있었거든요;; 제가 디스크로 신발은 20년가까이 거의 운동화만 신는데.. 이렇게 양쪽으로 동시 멍이 든거는 처음이라서요. 글 적은이후로 그냥 새 운동화신고 다니는데.. 매일 조금씩 통증이 쫌더나아지는거같아요ㅎ 네.. 나중에 맞춤운동화도 신어보겠습니다ㅎ

    만보 걷기 후 발톱에 멍울이 생겼다면 
    이는 조깅 발톱일 가능성이 높다고 합니다.
    이는 반복적인 압력이나 충격으로 인해 
    발톱 아래 모세혈관이 터져 피가 고인 상태라고 하는데, 
    이는 발에 맞지 않는 신발을 신었거나, 
    잘못된 걸음걸이로 인해 걷는 동안 
    발톱이 신발 앞부분에 지속적으로 부딪히면서 발생한다고 합니다~

    저도 몇번 경험해보고 좀 덜 걸어야하나 신발이 문제인가 고민했었어요 
    일단 멍든다는 자체가 압박 줄이는게 핵심이에요 
    발볼 넓은 신발로 바꿔주시고 쿠션 좋은 깔창으로 바꿔주세요 
    걷고나서는 냉찜질 15분정도로 염증이나 통증 완화 가능해요 
    두꺼운 양말도 피해주시고 멍이 커지고 통증이 심하다면 정형외과 내원해보시구요

    오래 걷다보면 발톱에 자극이 되어 그럴 수 있지요 저도 발톱이 약간 변행된듯해서 고민이 되고 있어요 
    좁은 신발 안에서 발가락이 지속적인 압박과 마찰을 받게 되는데요 
    통증완화 위해 급성일때는 냉찜질로 붓기를 가라앉히고, 발을 심장보다 높게 두어 혈액순환을 도와주세요. 
    신발 치수를 한 단계 크게 신으면 발가락 끝에 여유가 있어 증상이 덜할거 같아요 
    발볼이 넓은 신발을 신으니 저는 발가락 통증이 덜한 좋은 점이 있었어요
