요즘 손목을 너무 많이 쓴 것 아닐까요 핸드폰이랑 마우스 쓰는 시간이 계속 쌓여서 그런 것 같고 바쁠수록 잠깐씩 쉬면서 힘 빼는 습관부터 천천히 만들어보는 게 좋을 것 같아요.

I've had wrist pain for a few weeks now.
The pain has been getting worse lately.
I couldn't lift heavy objects at all because of the pain.
I think it's because the cell phone is heavy.
I think it's because I work in an office and have to use the mouse and keyboard for long periods of time.
I try to take breaks and stretch in between.
When I work too hard, it doesn't work out well either.
