Recently, I've been experiencing pain in the soles of my feet when I take my first steps in the morning, and the pain in my heels has gotten worse after walking all day. I was worried that I might be experiencing the early symptoms of plantar fasciitis. As I struggled with the initial symptoms, I also wore comfortable shoes and avoided standing for long periods of time. I also used arch-supporting insoles to alleviate the initial symptoms, and when the symptoms were severe, I used ice packs to reduce the pain.

As I properly managed the early symptoms of plantar fasciitis, I felt the pain gradually decrease.

If the early symptoms of plantar fasciitis are left untreated, bone spurs may develop on the heel bone, so it is important to manage the symptoms immediately.

    저도족저근막염때문에 고생많이했어요  병원에가면  마사지하는법을 가르쳐줘야하는데  처방만내어주고 물리치료권하죠  물리치료효과를 못봤어요   그래도운동하러가 간다고 만보를 채우려면 2시간정도해야지 만보가되는데 계속약먹고 또운동하고하니 낫으기미가1도 안보여TV에서 히트를얻어네요 약안먹고틈틈히 마사지로  낫아네요

    족저근막염 진짜 많이 속 썩이는 통증이죠. 
    걸핏하면 저도 말을 어떻게 걷는가에 따라서 계속 오고 있어요. 그래서 나름 통증이 오지 않으려고 양말도 두겹 신고 깔창도 통증을 완화하는 깔창도 시키고 많이 신경을 쓴답니다. 잘하셧네요.

    저도 평발이라 족저근막염 걸리기 쉬은 발이라고 합니다 거기다가 아치도 많이 무너져서 조금 힘들어서 신발을 바꾸고 자고 일어나기전에 침대에서 스트레칭을 합니다
