There was a time when I suddenly felt so much pain in my shoulder that I could hardly move.
I thought I had severe gallstones, so I went to a Korean medicine clinic and got acupuncture and treatment, but it didn't get better, so I went to an orthopedic surgeon, and it turned out that the pain was in my shoulder due to a cervical disc herniation.
I took medicine, received physical therapy, and even manual therapy, and it got better to some extent.
Even now, I still feel uncomfortable and get headaches sometimes.
It is a simple tow truck that you can use at home.
