I usually do aerobic exercise and occasionally do strength training at home without dumbbells.
I was exercising as usual when suddenly I felt a sharp pain under my right ribs, as if someone had hit me hard.
At that time, I was working out my side abs and I thought, "Oh! I overdid it because my muscles haven't built up yet!" So I stopped working out and it was fine again?
But recently, suddenly, my side under my ribs hurts so much.
Even if I laugh out loud without exercising, I suddenly feel a sharp pain.
Does anyone have similar symptoms?
