아치가 무너지면서 발 가운데도 아플 수 있는거네요 저도 그래서 스트레칭 꾸준히 하고 있어요 무리한 운동도 하지 않으려고 해요
I am trying to manage my plantar fasciitis symptoms on a regular basis.
I didn't even know I had plantar fasciitis symptoms and just ignored it, thinking it was nothing serious.
The situation got worse and worse, and I was in pain even when I was lying down.
I feel like my symptoms are getting much better as I continue to manage them at home through stretching, massage, and other measures to treat plantar fasciitis.
I haven't had any particular foot-related problems since I was little.
I didn't have flat feet, and since I had wide feet, I didn't have any discomfort wearing shoes. I just had normal feet with a slightly wide forefoot.
Then, a few years ago, without any particular problems, I suddenly started feeling pain in the arch of my foot. Should I say that part?
My muscles felt a little tense and tight, but when I rubbed them with my hands, the symptoms disappeared quickly, so I didn't think much of it and just let it go.
Then, I developed a hobby called dancing and became very passionate about it, practicing a lot at home.
I was worried about the noise between floors, so I tiptoed as I stepped.
So I think that's why my feet started hurting so badly from then on.
Even though I wasn't standing, just lying down with my feet resting, I still felt a sharp pain in the sole of my foot, a symptom of plantar fasciitis. Trying to massage it with my hands didn't help.
When I go out dancing, there are times when I have to endure the pain and dance because of the pain.
At that moment, the thought crossed my mind: "Ah! This isn't just foot pain. Could it be a symptom of plantar fasciitis?"
I searched online and found that the symptoms of plantar fasciitis often include pain in the heel area, but it also seems that the middle area can hurt as the arch collapses!
The more I look at the description of plantar fasciitis symptoms, the more it seems exactly like mine.
I heard advice from people who have experienced it that it requires consistent management in daily life.
I decided to consistently manage my plantar fasciitis symptoms at home.
First, I soaked my feet 2-3 times a week to relieve the tension in my feet.
Next, I bought a foot massage tool that can massage the arches of the feet.
It has hard, small protrusions, so it's moderately cool when standing up.
It's cooler!
I bought another one for the floor of my office where I often sit, and I sit on the chair while pressing down on it with my feet.
It definitely helped a lot in alleviating my plantar fasciitis symptoms.
I still have a little pain sometimes, but I'm much better now than before, not having pain while sleeping or having symptoms that I didn't have before.
Above all, it is a habit to do stretching, massage, and foot bath while leaning against a wall.
It definitely helped with my plantar fasciitis symptoms! I guess consistency is the key.
