I've been gaining a lot of weight lately haha
Personally, I don't mind being chubby.
I'm worried because I have a lot of belly fat.
Is it because I spend a lot of time sitting?

I was thinking of an exercise that would strengthen my stomach.
But I have a bad back. Is this kind of exercise okay?
