I've always had a lot of stiffness in my shoulders when I'm tired or stressed. My right shoulder, in particular, often feels stiffer than my left. Lately, I've been busy, and my job requires a lot of muscle mass in my arms and shoulders, so it's been a bit of a stretch. Exercise and massage have helped, but the cold weather has made the pain worse. Since I don't have time to regularly visit a Korean medicine clinic or physical therapy, I've tried using a massager, but it doesn't massage evenly, and the stiff areas still hurt.
