Lower back pain relief methods

Whenever I get a little tired, I experience pain in my back, collarbone, and armpits. Others may not understand, but I am in so much pain.

So, I use foam rollers, massage chairs, and tennis balls to give myself all kinds of massages, but it only helps temporarily and doesn't seem to provide a fundamental solution.

Please help those of you who have had similar experiences as mine.

    등쪽이 아픈건 대부분 등쪽 근육이 없어서라구 하더라구요..네이버에 등근육 만드는법이 정말 많아요..따로 열심히 운동 하셔야했요

      아~~~근육이 없어서  처음 알았어요.  감사해요. 등근육 열심히 만들어야겠네요.  너무 아파서  힘들었거든요.  이제 만성통증에서 벗어날수 있겠군요. 좋은 하루 보내세요.
