I have been exercising confidently for nearly 20 years, but these days I am receiving treatment for back pain~ After hospital treatment, I was told to stop everything except swimming, and I am 고민입니다.
The only joy in life was exercise... I can't give it up, so I guess I should do it moderately without overdoing it.
