I've been unintentionally overworking myself lately. For about two weeks, I've been standing in one spot for long periods of time or not getting enough rest, so I've been feeling very tired. Suddenly, I started experiencing minor cramps and pain on my left cheek. I thought a few days of sleep would help, but it's not getting better. I intentionally tried to lie down and rest, but any activity I do causes minor cramps and pain. I'm afraid I might go into paralysis. Do I need to see a doctor?
