낮은 베개가 좋지요 저는 일자목 있어서 전용 목 베개 쓰고 목통증과 어깨통증 많이 좋아졌어요. 폼형식인데 저한테는 좋더라구요. 거북목 일자목 전용 베개도 좋으니 추천드려요

I often suffer from stiff necks and neck pain, so I've been wondering if the height of my pillow could be the cause. A high pillow can make my neck feel like it's being bent, while a low pillow can make it difficult to sleep. I'm unsure which is best. People around me say it depends on your body type and sleeping habits. What criteria should I use to determine the right pillow height to help prevent neck pain?
