Lately, I've been experiencing persistent stiffness in my shoulders. Previously, if I sat for long periods or didn't exercise at all, my shoulders would stiffen, but it was temporary. When I started exercising or became more active, the stiffness would return. But these days, even when I exercise, my shoulders don't seem to loosen up, and they just stay stiff. I don't know if I should keep working out and try to loosen them up, or if I should go to the hospital.
