A review of treating back pain through consistent exercise and diet

As I worked at a sedentary job for long periods, the pain became so severe that I couldn't even straighten my back. So I started doing exercises and eating foods that helped with back pain. Through consistent effort, I no longer have to deal with back pain even when I sit for long periods at work.

To treat my back pain, I did several exercises, including twisting my waist from side to side, lying down pelvic exercises, and plank exercises, all done slowly and consistently.  The plank exercise involves lying face down on a flat surface, bending your elbows 90 degrees, and keeping your body straight. While difficult, it strengthens your core muscles and gradually reduces the load on your lower back, making it a great exercise for treating back pain. I also tried alternating between hot and cold compresses to improve blood circulation in the lower back and alleviate my back pain.

 

And since protein intake is important for treating back pain, I ate a lot of chicken breast, tofu, and milk. Eating chicken breast and tofu about once every other day seemed to be a big help in treating my back pain. I also took Murpira supplements and Frombio Articular Cartilage supplements like Boswellia Chondroitin, which I thought would also help with back pain. Murpira supplements contain MSM. 1,500mg, N-acetylglucosamine 500mg, Vitamin D 400IU is the main ingredient Shark cartilage powder, green-lipped mussel powder, boswellia extract powder, vitamin C, etc. are auxiliary ingredients, and joint and cartilage For health Help line number It's a nutritional supplement. I take it regularly and I think it's been a great help in treating my back pain.

I will try to avoid having back pain again in the future by doing these exercises and eating these foods.
